CHANGE YOUR MIND AND YOUR BODY WILL FOLLOW
It is difficult to lose weight, but I've succeeded, 15lbs., and I will continue to so until I'm in great shape. My success is due to one fundamental concept: I changed my THINKING about exercise. I enabled my mind to think properly about nutrition and exercise and I am reaching my fitness goals. This is really the fundamental concept for changing anything in your life. Quit simply put, what you focus on will become your reality. If you think that you can't accomplish something, then you won't. If you think losing weight is too difficult, then your poor physical condition will perpetuate. On the other hand, if you focus your thoughts on getting your body fit then you will seek the information and training that will enable you to change. So, change your mind! You will find yourself seeking information on nutrition and training, and change your body!
